This Shipping Policy explains how ApexPeptidez handles order processing, shipping rates, delivery timelines, tracking updates, and shipment-related support for laboratory research products.
1. Shipping Rates
ApexPeptidez offers simple flat-rate shipping options for launch. Shipping rates are based on the customer’s delivery location and selected shipping method.
- Canada: Flat rate shipping of $15 CAD
- United States: Flat rate shipping of $20 USD
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over $250
- International Shipping: Available on a case-by-case basis
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days may be available at an additional cost
Tracking is included on all eligible shipped orders. Shipping rates and available methods may be adjusted later based on fulfillment, carrier availability, and operational requirements.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment verification. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, shipping cut-off times, and operational requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping, and contact information is accurate before placing an order.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, tracking details may be sent by email or made available through your order status page when applicable.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. ApexPeptidez is not responsible for delays in carrier tracking updates once the package has been handed over for shipment.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on carrier operations, destination region, customs processing, weather conditions, shipping demand, holidays, and other circumstances outside our direct control.
ApexPeptidez cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
5. Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available for select destinations and is generally estimated at 2–3 business days after order processing. Express shipping availability and pricing may vary depending on destination, carrier service, and fulfillment arrangements.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout. ApexPeptidez is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details submitted by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately before the order has been processed or shipped.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact our support team with your order number and tracking information so we can review the issue.
Replacement shipments or support resolutions may be evaluated depending on carrier confirmation, tracking status, delivery scans, and the circumstances of the shipment.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that research products may be legally purchased, imported, received, and used within their jurisdiction.
ApexPeptidez reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel orders when required due to legal restrictions, carrier limitations, destination restrictions, product availability, or operational concerns.
9. International Shipping
International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Customers outside Canada and the United States may be required to contact ApexPeptidez before placing an order to confirm shipping availability, cost, and destination eligibility.

ApexPeptidez reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any policy changes will be reflected on this page along with the updated revision date.
